Welcome to 2026 — here we are, back again.

The biggest thing I’m taking from my rest period and into this new year is holding myself accountable for the business.

No more hiding in safe spaces. If I go into one, it’s for one day a month — and that’s it. The rest of the time, I’m focused on driving forward.

For me, that means delegating properly, training and empowering the team, and making insightful decisions that are valuable for the business. It also means embracing collaboration with the other businesses and people we work with.

Moving forward, there are no excuses. And I enjoy working with people who take that same approach in their own businesses — people who say yes to opportunity and then own it.

There’s no one-click, “this just works” solution in automation, AI, or anything else — although AI is getting a lot closer.

That’s how we’re moving forward in 2026, and we’re bringing people with us who want to move in the same direction.
